Jump

In the 1st dimension Jayesh made us jump.

This made me think of Philippe Halsman, American Portrait Photographer, 1906 – 1979, who gained fame for taking people's pictures while they jumped.
He basically asked them - after the formal photosession - to jump for some last pictures.
These pictures captured special moments, giving glimpses into people's personalities that are otherwise hidden to the public.

Among his clientele were the rich and the famous of the time… it is amazing how many people he got to jump in front of his camera.
He published his favorite portraits in the "Jump Book".

Curious? Have a look at the Philippe Halsman website
Or google images "philippe halsman jump"
